What kinds of sketches do you accept?
Any sketch should be fine, although it does help if the background is white. Simply take a photo of your sketch with your phone and email it to us.

What file formats will I receive?
Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive high-resolution files (PNG, JPG) and vector files ( EPS, or SVG) for scalability.

What if I don’t like the first draft?
It depends upon the package. The Starter Package gives you one revision, while the Pro Package gives you two, and the Deluxe Package gives you unlimited revisions. However, for us, customer satisfaction is important, so we will do more.
