Delivery Charges
We are a company that likes to be upfront with our costs.
Our delivery charge for software depends upon quantity. It generally ranges from £2.95 for Royal Mail and from £10.00 for overnight courier plus VAT.

Insurance
We automatically include insurance when we use Special Delivery.
However, when we send goods by courier, the insurance is more expensive. Couriers tend to charge £3.50 for every £1,000 insured.
So we offer you the option of whether you want to insure your goods when they are sent to you by courier. We recommend you insure them.
This is because, if your goods are insured, you can claim if your delivery is lost or damaged in transit. If they are not insured, the courier will usually only recognise a claim of up to £12 per kg.
It is Tekgia company policy that risk of loss or damage to the goods once they leave our premises transfers to the customer. This means that if the goods are lost or damaged in transit, Tekgia cannot be held responsible. Therefore your only avenue for recompense is through insurance.
