Download Auto Updates
Updates are vaccines created by MicroWorld to remove new viruses that have appeared or that may have infected your system.
When you install eScan, it checks your system and refreshes some of the fields in the eScan Updater user interface.
Warning messages if Virus signatures not downloaded for three days
MicroWorld provides free virus signatures. eScan can be configured to download them at a fixed time.
New viruses appear almost every day and can threaten
your system so it is important that the signatures be downloaded everyday. If the signatures are more than three days old, then a warning message is given
so that you can immediately download them.
