A: We carry the most popular lamps in stock.
However, there are over 4,000 different models of projector lamps on the market, with new ones being released all the time.
The only way we can afford that much stock is by selling the lamps at a higher price.
As we do not want to charge more for our range of lamps, we have a policy of holding stock of the most popular lamps and ordering in those lamps that are not as popular.
Q: If you don't have my lamp in stock, how long before you get it?
A: Around 8 working days.
Q: How easy is it to fit a lamp?
A: A lamp is as easy to fit as a plug.
Q: What happens if something goes wrong?
A: We provide a comprehensive 90-day warranty. If something goes wrong, we will refund or, if you prefer a replacement, we will replace the lamp.
This question, by the way, is usually asked by someone who has in the past bought a lamp from a competitor and has had a bad experience with his purchase.
