What information will Tekgia ask for and why?
In completing your purchase you will be asked for the following information:
 Your name and address information (this should be given exactly as it appears on your card statement)
Your email address (this is needed to send your order confirmation and serial number)
We do not take your credit card details. Our Card Service Provider (Protx) does. The final step of the purchase process will take you to their secure site, where you will be asked for your credit card number, type (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), start date, expiry date and security number.
What happens to information held by Tekgia?
Tekgia (like all other merchants) is obliged to keep copies of your address and payment information for audit purposes, as well as to process queries, refunds, etc.
Tekgia will not pass your information to other organisations unless legally obliged to do so.
From time to time we will email you the inside story on subjects no one tells you about. And if we come across any bargains that have a time span too short to place on our website, we will you of those too. You can unsubscribe any time.
